(My Concept about Business)
During my Project and observation in the field I experienced that there is much profit and business in the following fields: Maintenance/ installation / Fabrication /Supply in (Facade & Structural Steel Construction) By utilizing my experience and ideas we will earn profit and develop the business Gradually.
As you know lot of construction is on the way especially in Middle East are low due to Covid issue & need to make a good relationships with well skilled persons related to construction. Who may help us to develop the business in right direction?
In order to get project orders i can utilize my pleasant contacts with these companies with company’s Sales person which are having bulk of project like Villa & G+2, +5. we can do it on square meter area on basis. Or will take the price from the sub-
contractor’s companies and quote to client by putting profit for our company.
In order to increase the profit margin. We can try our best that non-government approved project or consultant we may contact them.
Much Fa?ade work is available like “glass, cladding, Aluminum replacement or new installation etc. We can take Sub contracts and handover after completion to other establishments.
Require manpower: we need 1-Sale person and 1 estimation / designer for these jobs. We can take other skilled person like (fabricator/ fitter from the local market or bring them on visit visa to work basis and earn good profit as in option (I).
Structural Steel Part:
Same like civil construction. We can fulfill the requirement of client by utilizing Curtain wall / structural glazing / skylight / door / window / glass Partition / kitchen / Louvers / gates / canopy / Balustrade.
