Requirements:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales/Operation/Business Development team member who can effectively market our services and bring in new projects to support company growth.
???? Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to identify leads and business potential.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
Promote company services through site visits, meetings, and communication channels.
Support operations and management in planning and executing business strategies.
Maintain a clear record of leads, inquiries, negotiations, and outcomes.
???? Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in contracting / construction sales, preferably in construction/industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in bringing new clients/projects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driving license (preferred).
