Supervise and monitor all finishing works on site, including painting, gypsum, tiling, carpentry, flooring, and other interior works.
Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to track progress and identify any issues or defects.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager.
Ensure materials are available on time and report shortages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
