Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the construction site.
Ensure all MEP activities follow project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
Review MEP drawings and report discrepancies or issues to the Project/MEP Engineer.
Ensure proper material usage and coordinate material requests when needed.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe working practices for all MEP teams.
