- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in pipefitting or welding
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an inspector (in relevant discipline)
- 5+ years of teaching/training experience in a vocational or technical institute
- Relevant certifications
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Strong English proficiency (IELTS is a plus)
