Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. This position is suitable for expatriate applicants with experience in hotel housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleaning

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and replace towels.

Ensure all equipment and furniture are in proper working condition.

Public Area Maintenance

Clean hallways, corridors, elevators, and public restrooms.

Maintain cleanliness in lobby areas and other assigned public spaces.

Hygiene & Safety

Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies.

Lost & Found

Follow hotel procedures for handling Lost & Found items.

Record and submit items found in rooms or public areas.

Guest Service

Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests.

Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra amenities or cleaning.

Uphold the hotel’s service standards at all times.

Teamwork & Coordination

Work closely with Supervisors and the Housekeeping team for smooth operations.

Assist in laundry operations when required.

Support colleagues during busy periods or special events.

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior housekeeping experience in hotels/hospitality (required).

Basic understanding of cleaning tools, chemicals, and standards.

Ability to communicate in basic English.

Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
