1. Conducting pre-permit site inspections to verify job scope, hazards, and existing conditions

4. Briefing the work crew on identified hazards, job steps, precautions, and emergency requirements
5. Monitoring and validating ongoing work to ensure strict adherence to permit conditions and safe execution
6. Supporting implementation of lockout/tagout (LOTO), barricading, gas testing, and other critical safety controls
7. Maintaining accurate documentation, permit close-out records, and reporting unsafe conditions or deviations
Qualifications and Certifications:
1. BSc in Mining Engineering, UET Peshawar, Pakistan
2. Certified HSE Officer, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, and Work Permit Receiver (WPR)
3. Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and major client safety standards (including Aramco PTW systems)
