Job Vacancy: HSE Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our contracting operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in implementing safety standards and ensuring compliance across construction projects.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of HSE experience within the GCC region (construction/contracting sector preferred).
Certification: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of GCC and Bahrain safety regulations.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.
Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory safety requirements.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
Promote a culture of safety awareness within the organization.
