**المهام الوظيفية**
- إدارة التشغيل اليومي (التغذية، المراقبة، الحصاد) وتوثيق السجلات.
- تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة **RAS** والتبريد وإدارة الطاقة.
- متابعة جودة المياه: DO، NH₃، NO₂، pH، الحرارة، مع حدود إنذار وخطط استجابة.
- تحسين **FCR** وتقليل الفاقد والنفوق.
- الإشراف على الفريق والتدريب والسلامة الحيوية.
- إعداد تقارير أداء (أسبوعية/شهرية) وKPIs (FCR، البقيا، تكلفة/كجم).
**المتطلبات**
- بكالوريوس/ماجستير استزراع مائي/علوم أحياء مائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية ≥ 3 سنوات (يفضل خبرة RAS).
- معرفة بالتهوية، الترشيح، التبريد في المناخات الحارة.
- مهارات قيادة فريق وانضباط تشغيلي.
- استعداد للانتقال والإقامة في حائل.

**About the Company**
Saudi inland aquaculture startup using **RAS**, starting with **Tilapia** and planning to expand later. We focus on quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead daily farm operations (feeding, monitoring, harvesting) and recordkeeping.
- Operate & maintain **RAS** and cooling; manage energy use.
- Monitor water parameters: DO, NH₃, NO₂, pH, temperature with alarm thresholds and response plans.
- Optimize **FCR**, reduce waste and mortality.
- Supervise & train staff; enforce biosecurity and safety.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports & KPIs (FCR, survival, cost/kg).
**Requirements**
- BSc/MSc in Aquaculture/Marine/Fisheries or related.
- ≥3 years hands‑on experience (RAS preferred).
- Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.
- Team leadership and operational discipline.
- Willing to relocate to Hail.
