Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT peripherals, basic CCTV setup, server and POS management, and network systems including routers, switches, PBX, and SIP phones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day IT support for restaurant staff and operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant-based POS systems.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, network switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Setup and maintain basic CCTV systems for restaurant security.
• Install, configure, and support IT peripherals (printers, scanners, cash drawers, receipt printers, etc.).
• Handle configuration and troubleshooting of PBX systems and SIP phones.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues when required.
• Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT-related issues.

Requirements:
• 4–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Solid understanding of restaurant POS systems (e.g., Toast, Revel, Square, etc.).
• Experience with basic CCTV setup and maintenance.
• Proficiency in server management (Windows/Linux environments preferred).
• Knowledge of network equipment: switches, routers, access points.
• Familiarity with PBX systems and SIP phone configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be on-call for urgent issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT).
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant IT environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy and basic cybersecurity best practices.
