Current Role and Responsibilities:
•Coordinating with clients SABIC, SAUDI ARAMCO, SASREF, LUBEREF, YASREF, SEC, SATORP, MAADEN & EPC (Saipem, L&T, Hyundai, JGC, Samsung), etc. for RFQ purpose and conduct the business meeting (if required).
•Handling portals viz. SAP ARIBA Portal Account for SAUDI ARAMCO, SASREF, LUBEREF, SATORP, ETC., SAP Portal for SABIC, SASREF, SEC, etc.
•Preparation and submission of proposals to the clients via portals or emails and subsequent follow-up for status of our submitted proposals.
•Preparation of Pre-qualification (PQ) Documents and submit to clients.
•Apply for new vendor registration and knowledge about to get 9 coms approval from Saudi Aramco.
•Allot Job Order number and distribute to entire department.
•Store and maintain company documents in both electronic and physical forms.
•All other activities as advised by the department heads/seniors.
Education Credentials:
•Bachelor degree (BA) from India.
•Diploma in Computer Application from India (2018).
