BSc Mechanical Engineering (HVAC)

A highly motivated Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) with up to 5 years of progressive experience in the execution, supervision, and quality assurance of HVAC works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Skilled in managing site operations, coordinating with consultants/contractors, and ensuring that installations fully comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IFC drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Hands-on expertise in the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of:

Chilled water systems (pumps, piping, valves, insulation)

HVAC equipment: AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Package Units, Split Units

Duct fabrication, routing, leak testing, and air balancing

Exhaust, ventilation, and fresh air systems

Mechanical rooms, pump rooms, risers, and mechanical floors

Strong background in material inspection, reviewing method statements, coordinating work permits, preparing site inspection requests (WIR/MIR), and maintaining quality control documentation. Experienced in monitoring subcontractor performance, planning daily work activities, and resolving site issues to prevent delays.
Proficient in identifying installation defects, ensuring rectifications, and assisting in T&C procedures, pre-commissioning checklists, and handing-over documentation. Known for strong communication, technical reporting, time management, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
