Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for import, export, air freight, sea freight, and land freight services.
Promote and sell Dubai customs clearance solutions (FZ & mainland).
Develop clients for warehousing, storage, distribution, and value-added services.
Visit customers regularly to understand their logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build a solid sales pipeline.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth cargo handling and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, shipping schedules, and rate changes.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of:
Import/export procedures
Dubai customs clearance (FCL, LCL, air cargo, cross-border)
Freezone & mainland documentation
Warehousing and distribution services
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
Strong customer network in the UAE (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
