Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced reporting using MS Excel with strong skills in project scheduling, progress tracking, resource management, delay analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project baseline and revised schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules, histograms, and S-curves.
Track and monitor project progress, identify delays, analyze impacts, and propose recovery/mitigation plans.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management, consultants, and clients.
Maintain look-ahead schedules, monitor critical activities, and highlight risks or schedule deviations.
Conduct variance analysis (Planned vs Actual) and update key milestones.
Assist in preparing Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and support EOT/Delay Claims documentation.
Coordinate with Planning, Construction, QA/QC, Procurement, and Finance teams for schedule updates.
Maintain and update project dashboards, KPIs, S-curves, and progress charts.
Support tendering teams with preliminary project schedules, milestones, and planning inputs.
Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with project specifications and contractual requirements.
