I began my journey as a junior accountant at Green Marketing – Nilgiris Supermarket (2010–2014), where I learned the importance of accuracy, discipline, and customer-focused operations. Handling daily accounts, billing, stock reports, and vendor coordination helped me build a solid foundation in accounting and store-level finance.
In 2014, I joined Sam Gypsum Private Limited, Bangalore, where I currently work as a Senior Accountant and Project Coordinator. Over the last many years, I’ve managed the entire accounting cycle — from daily journal entries to final accounts. My responsibilities cover AP/AR management, gst/vat filing, bank reconciliation, mis reporting, inventory control, and month-end closing. I’ve also supported multiple departments, including procurement, logistics, and project teams, making me a strong bridge between operations and finance.
I enjoy simplifying complex financial data for management, improving workflows, and maintaining clear records that make audits smooth and stress-free. I’ve contributed to cost savings, faster closing timelines, and better internal coordination. Working in both retail and manufacturing has made me flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to handle any financial challenge that comes my way.
With strong skills in tally erp9, tally prime, sap (basic), and excel, I’m always eager to learn, adapt, and deliver meaningful results wherever I work. I’m now looking forward to taking the next step in my career, especially in Dubai, where I can bring my experience and dedication to a new and growing team.
