Customer Care Representative / Front Desk

Job Description:
Saudi Amana is hiring motivated Customer Care Representatives / Front Desk staff to support our client companies. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information

Manage front desk operations, appointments, and daily logs

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service operations

Ensure all customer interactions meet company service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)

Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM is a plus)

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure

Presentable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
