Part-Time Tendering Specialist for Construction Projects in Bahrain
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tendering Specialist to assist with pre-tendering and post-tendering activities on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities Include:
Pre-Tendering:

Reviewing tender documents (ITT, RFPs) to understand scope, requirements, and contractual terms.

Preparing detailed tender submission checklists.

Coordinating with internal teams (estimation, technical) to gather necessary documentation and inputs.

Post-Tendering:

Assisting in clarification responses (Q&A).

Preparing and finalizing contract documentation upon award.

Managing and archiving all tender-related correspondence and files.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing the tendering process within the Construction or Engineering sector in Bahrain or the GCC.

Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Must be available for flexible, part-time hours, and able to meet strict deadlines.
