Total experience: 5–20 years
Experience operating heavy-duty lathe and radial drilling machines
Machining large components such as tubesheets, baffle bundles, flanges
Ability to select tools and fixtures for CS, SS, and AS materials
Read and interpret engineering drawings with precise tolerances
Machine setup, calibration, monitoring accuracy & surface finish
Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
