Training Manager – Food Company

Job Purpose

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing all training and development programs across the food company to ensure staff competency, food safety compliance, operational excellence, and consistent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Planning

Develop a company-wide training strategy aligned with business goals

Identify training needs across operations, production, quality, and support functions

Prepare annual training plans and budgets

2. Training Program Development

Design training programs for:

Food safety & hygiene (HACCP, SFDA, ISO, etc.)

Operations & SOPs

Customer service

Leadership & supervisory skills
