Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and handling complaints
Collect rent, monitor arrears, and follow up on overdue payments
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Prepare and manage budgets, service charges, and operating expenses
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations
Prepare reports on occupancy, income, and maintenance status
Handle move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections
Support legal actions related to lease violations when required
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of property management practices
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local property and tenancy laws is an advantage
