We are seeking highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at our Indian restaurants in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Support management team with training and development of staff
*Requirements:*
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture a must
- Fluent in English and Hindi
