We are seeking an ELV PROJECT FINANCE ASSISTANT to support daily accounting and financial operations.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
✔ 2-4 years of experience in project finance/contracting preferred
✔ Strong coordination & follow-up skills
✔ Proficient in MS Excel & documentation systems
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate monthly progress invoicing with Sales & Project Engineers
• Support MIR-based evaluations and valuation approvals
• Follow up with Clients / Consultants for valuation confirmation
• Raise invoices in accordance with contract terms
• Monitor and follow up project payments with Finance, QS & PMs
• Issue valuation & invoice correspondence to Clients
• Prepare monthly project billing reports for Management
• Update project status in DMS
• Assist in project account reconciliation & profitability review
• Manage Performance Bonds / Guarantee Cheques and project files
