Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Executive for an established automobile garage division. The role focuses on promoting garage repair and maintenance services, acquiring new corporate clients, and driving consistent business growth. This is a field-based sales role and requires regular client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for garage repair and maintenance services
Acquire and manage corporate clients such as fleet companies, rent-a-car firms, logistics and transport companies
Conduct daily field visits to customers and industrial areas
Present service offerings and prepare quotations
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Follow up on proposals and convert inquiries into confirmed business
Coordinate closely with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
Requirements:
Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License
1 to 2 years of sales experience in automobile garage, workshop, spare parts, or fleet maintenance
Good understanding of automotive repair and servicing procedures
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work
Education:
High School certificate required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Working Conditions:
Regular field visits to client locations, fleet yards, and industrial areas
Coordination work inside workshop environments when required
