The ideal candidate should have five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a technical office role within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software is required. The role also involves quantity surveying tasks, including preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English, with Arabic language skills preferred. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential.
Indian nationality is required.
