Core Responsibilities:
• Set-up, operate, and monitor specialized heating equipment.
• To control temperature cycles on welded metal components, reducing stress.
• Follow instructions for techniques and procedures provided by the project specification.
• Establish techniques for proper examination of specimen under inspection.
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards.
• Involving detailed documentation.
• Pre/post-treatment checks, conduct post-treatment hardness tests.
• Work closely with welders, engineers and supervisors.
• Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of PWHT equipment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent with Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
