I have more then 6 Years experience as a HSE Officer on Aramco oil, gas, construction and maintenance projects most recently in Dhahran Aramco. with an Aramco contractor (SARACO – FDM Projects) under Al-Moallam.
I hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH (UK), and OSHA (US). First Aid, BLS (Saudi heart association).

Conducted Saudi Aramco HSE induction, and on-the-job training (OJT) for employees and subcontractors in compliance with GI, and CSM requirements.
Implemented, monitored, and enforced the Saudi Aramco Permit to Work (PTW) system, including Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, and Lifting permits.
Performed daily site safety inspections to ensure full compliance with Aramco HSE standards, procedures, and project specifications.
Inspected scaffolding, ladders, excavations, trenches, and formwork to ensure safe execution as per Saudi Aramco standards.
Monitored and provided HSE coverage for critical activities such as lifting operations, hot work, welding, excavation, and work at height.
Conducted hand tools, power tools, and equipment inspections, ensuring all tools and machinery were certified and safe for use.
Identified hazards and unsafe acts, raised Hazard Identification Plan (HIP) reports, and ensured corrective and preventive actions were implemented.

Delivered daily toolbox talks (TBT) and attended subcontractor TBTs to ensure compliance with Aramco safety communication requirements.
