Investor / Partner For 3rd Party Testing Laboratory

I’m searching for a business entrepreneur to finance and start up a new testing laboratory for food, feed, drug and environmental samples in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia. Since 2018 when my former Lab, IFAD LABS (Inspection Food and Drug Labs) had closed due to some shareholder issues. Bahrain has lost its private reference laboratory supporting the public health and NHRA. Even until this date no one came up as new lab.
The project will be a full-blown testing laboratory for food, feed, drug and environmental samples. The major market is ministry controlling the food safety and other consumer’s goods, drug and medicine testing and other private companies, individuals and school institutions.
The project will cost around 1M BD investment as startup investment. 80 percent of it is capital assets. At least 2M BD or 20M SAR somehow as capital will be enough for the next 5 years. Laboratory building is not included in the forecast.
It will be business partnerships, 90/10 percent share. You’ll be the CEO/ General Manager and I will be in charge of the quality and technical aspects and laboratory operation.
