Epoxy Terrazzo & Cement Terrazzo Specialist / Site Supervisor
🔹 Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in executing:
• Epoxy Terrazzo flooring
• Cement Terrazzo flooring
• Epoxy flooring systems
• And some others experience
The candidate must have full technical knowledge from surface preparation to final finishing and handover.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural or related field) – Mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in terrazzo and epoxy flooring works
- Strong knowledge of material mixing ratios, including:
- Resin & hardener proportions
- Aggregates (marble / quartz / glass) ratios
- Pigments and color consistency
- Ability to select suitable materials for indoor and outdoor applications
- Solid experience with Epoxy systems (Primer, Self-Leveling, Terrazzo, Top Coat)
- Cement-based terrazzo systems Skilled in Sample preparation
(Mock-ups)
- Thickness control and leveling
- Grinding, polishing, and sealing
- Experience in joint detailing and crack prevention
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with engineers and consultants
