Job Responsibilities
• Should be able to develop MEP division as a profit center
• Must have worked in similar field for a period of 3 - 5 years in GCC
• Prepare a business plan and submit the same to management in 30 days from the date of joining
• Identify required staff and workers required for the division and recruitment will be as per company policy
• Good contact with contractors / consultants in UAE market
• Should be able to head business development with a team of executives
• In depth knowledge in costing of projects
• Should be able to handle correspondences / meetings with client & consultant
• Coordinate with vendors / sub contractors to get best pricing for the projects
• Site coordination and work execution
