Operations & Procurement Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days/week

Salary Range: BHD 450–650 (based on experience)

License Requirement: Valid Bahraini driving license required

Experience: preferably 2 years in procurement, sales operations, logistics, or FMCG operations

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred



About the Role

PATH Water Bahrain is expanding its operations and seeking a driven, solutions-oriented, Operations & Procurement Coordinator to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and enjoys working across procurement, operations, inventory, and customer support.

You will serve as a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations—from managing stock and coordinating deliveries, to working directly with suppliers, vendors, and retail partners.

This role reports to the Brand Manager and works closely with Sales, Logistics, and the Executive Team. The position offers meaningful room for growth as PATH expands across Bahrain and the GCC.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

Coordinate daily delivery routes and schedules for both retail and bulk clients.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment across supermarkets, HoReCa, gyms, and retail partners.
Oversee inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Liaise with drivers and monitor delivery execution to maintain service standards.
Support operational logistics during events, activations, pop-ups, and sampling activities.
Inventory & Store Management

Manage stock levels across all product lines and maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock with the operations and accounts teams.
Ensure all storage, handling, and hygiene requirements meet FMCG standards.
Procurement & Vendor Management

Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors across multiple categories.
Manage purchase orders, pricing, quotations, and cost tracking.
Build and maintain a strong network of procurement managers, vendors, and suppliers—especially in the FMCG, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Become a “go-to” point of contact for reliable supply chain solutions and operational needs.
Support ongoing negotiations to secure competitive pricing and ensure consistent product availability.
Customer Service & Sales Support

Receive and process orders via WhatsApp, phone, email, and the website.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist the sales team with documentation, delivery notes, credit notes, returns, and customer coordination.
Provide backend support during marketing campaigns, events, and public activations.
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and supplier documentation.
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, procurement, and inventory updates.
Provide weekly reports on inventory status, delivery execution, procurement needs, and operational KPIs.
Requirement

2 years’ experience in procurement, operations, logistics, or FMCG coordination. Is preferred
Valid Bahraini driving license.
Strong communication skills with a positive, optimistic, and solution-driven attitude.
Ability to work long hours when needed, including weekends during busy periods.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or operations software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Physically able to assist with moving boxes, loading/unloading, and event set-ups when needed.
Ability to work independently while supporting a small, high-performance team.
