We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join our site operations team in Jubail. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process and ensuring all site activities are carried out safely and in full compliance with HSE rules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and control work permits as per PTW procedures
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams
Ensure all safety precautions, risk assessments, and approvals are completed before work starts
Conduct site inspections before, during, and after work activities
Monitor work execution and stop unsafe activities when required
Maintain accurate permit records and documentation
Support toolbox talks and daily safety briefings
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
Valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) Certification
1–3 years of site experience in Industrial / Construction / Metals / Oil & Gas projects
Strong knowledge of PTW systems and HSE standards
Skills Required:
High safety awareness and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure in site conditions
Good reporting and documentation skills
