🔹 Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Specialized in French pastries & classic French bakery items
Proven expertise in menu development, recipe creation & product innovation
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and innovate French pastry & bakery menus
Create, test, and standardize recipes new ideas new recipes
Maintain high quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Support production teams with technical expertise
Introduce new concepts and seasonal products
🔹 Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of French baking techniques and ingredients
Creative, detail-oriented, and quality focused
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Immediate availability preferred
