Hands-on expertise in cementitious & intumescent fireproofing, epoxy flooring, and rock theming works, including IFC drawing take-offs, site measurements, monthly IPCs, variation claims, and cost control. Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and engineers to ensure accurate quantities and timely payments.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-based quantification. Holds B.E. Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, and BIM certification. Available for QS roles in KSA / GCC.
