Job Role: Sales Team Leader(Telecom)
Location: Bahrain, Manama
Experience: 6–7 years (Mandatory)
Team Size handled: 15–20 agents
Key Requirements:
6–7 years of solid experience in the Telecom industry
Strong working knowledge of Postpaid & Prepaid segments
Proven experience managing large teams (15–20 agents)
Ability to identify and open new business opportunities
Experience in market segment and sales strategy
Strong mindset towards implementing new ideas and streamlining sales processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
