Expected Scope of Services:
- Rental of latest-generation photocopy machines (A3/A4)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Toner and consumables support
- User training as required
- Optional provision of trained operator(s) to manage daily usage
Service Level Expectations:
* Faults or breakdowns to be attended as soon as possible
* Maximum acceptable downtime: not more than 12 hours from the time of reporting
* Strong local technical support capability within Jeddah is essential
