Job Description and Role and responsibility
Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project plan and within deadlines.
Coordinate with the site engineer to ensure smooth execution of projects
Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide training and guidance to workers as needed.
Monitor the quality of work performed by the construction team to ensure it meets the standards and specifications outlined in the project plan.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for the project. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to avoid any work stoppages. Provide regular updates on project progress, including any issues or delays
Office -Shift timings 6AM to 4PM Or 10PM TO 6AM
Education Min 12th Pass and above
Salary/CTC Range - Negotiable
Weekly Off 1 Friday
