Key Responsibilities & Experience:
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents
Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers with proper numbering and revision control
Prepare and distribute transmittals, submittals, and correspondence
Ensure documents are approved, updated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in line with company policies
Archive project documents and support audits and project close-out activities
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all project documentation
Skills
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF tools
Experience with document tracking, filing, and reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Networking, CCNA, CRM(zohoo,hubspot)
