• Site Verification & Quality Control: Conducted regular site visits to verify progress, quantities, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Quantity Take-Offs & Documentation: Prepared detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs, supporting accurate project planning and tendering processes.
• Cost Estimation & Scope Management: Assisted in cost estimation and updated quantities based on changes in project scope, ensuring accurate budget tracking and financial control.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintained accurate records of measurements, valuations, and site progress, enabling transparent reporting and project audit readiness.
• Budget & Cost Control Support: Supported cost control and budget monitoring activities by tracking expenditures against approved budgets and identifying potential variances
• Material Verification & Compliance: Verified materials used on site against approved drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance and reduce rework.
• Value Engineering & Optimization: Assisted in value engineering by evaluating alternative solutions, optimizing resources and costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Cash Flow Management : Prepare and update project cash flow forecasts, monitor inflows and outflows, and ensure alignment with project progress and payment milestones.
