Role Overview:
The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for culinary leadership, operational control, and team development, ensuring exceptional product quality, consistency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation, execution, and presentation of premium bakery and coffee shop products
• Develop, standardize, and cost recipes to meet quality and margin targets
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Implement waste reduction strategies and cost-control systems
• Manage food cost calculations, yield control, and production planning
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, building a high-performance team
• Establish and enforce SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement in product innovation and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in a senior or executive chef role within bakery or caf? concepts
• Demonstrated ability to deliver real, market-ready products
• Strong background in cost control, inventory, and kitchen systems
• Leadership mindset with hands-on operational involvement
• High attention to detail, consistency, and brand standards
