Key Job Description:
· Coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors of each systems in each stage of projects to implement a cost effective, timely installation to avoid any delays.
· Raising the Request for Inspection, Request for Information related to site work and Material submittal to Consultant to get the official approvals
· Ordering the required Materials as per the specification and Preferred Vendor List (PVL)
· Develop and review Prequalification, Material Submittal, Method Statements, checklist, Inspection & test plan, Material Inspection and Site Inspection for each systems.
· Manage non-conformance report (NCR) and Corrective Action Report (CAR), follow up the implementation of corrective actions to close immediately.
· Maintain QA/QC documents such as Material inspection logs, Installation inspection logs, Testing & Commissioning logs, NCR and CAR logs and Material Approval Log registry.
·Supervising Rigging, fabrication, modification, erection of steel structure.
