Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position as Head Chef
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Experience in menu development and food costing
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
• Ability to manage kitchen operations under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Experience in international cuisine is a plus
• Must be organized, creative, and committed to consistency and quality
