Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce fresh pasta daily (doughs, shaping, cutting, filled pasta).
Cook and plate pasta dishes with excellent consistency and speed.
Prepare classic Italian sauces (tomato-based, cream-based, pesto, rag?, seafood sauces, etc.).
Handle mise en place, portioning, labeling, and proper storage.
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Support kitchen operations: prep lists, stock control, minimizing waste, and teamwork.
Follow recipes and assist with menu improvements when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as an Italian Cook (fresh pasta and pizza experience is a must).
Strong knowledge of pasta production, timing, and sauce pairing.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent quality.
Good communication and teamwork attitude.
Knowledge of HACCP / food safety is a plus.
