Urgent Sales Executive For Cleaning Company With Commission

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with solid experience in the facility management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand our services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for growth
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the cleaning industry (mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in business development or B2B sales
Ability to work independently and handle targets
Valid Bahrain driving license
