Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities for high-rise building
projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project
schedules.
• Interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to provide accurate technical
guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Supervise high-rise structural works including excavation, piling, foundations,
columns, shear walls, slabs, post-tensioning, and concrete core construction.
• Monitor vertical construction progress, floor-by-floor sequencing, and
productivity to achieve project milestones within approved timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC procedures through regular inspections, quality
checks, and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, with particular
focus on working at height, lifting operations, formwork safety, and vertical access
systems.
• Verify materials delivered to site for compliance with approved submittals,
including concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork systems, and finishing
materials.
• Coordinate and raise Requests for Inspection (RFIs) for structural and architectural
works and support inspections with consultants and client representatives.
• Supervise formwork installation, reinforcement fixing, embedment placement,
and concrete pouring to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
• Monitor concrete quality through slump testing, temperature checks, sampling,
curing, and review of compressive strength results.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services, openings,
sleeves, and embedded items within structural elements.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, inspection logs, and as-built
documentation for tracking and final handover.
• Identify technical challenges related to high-rise construction, propose corrective
actions, and support efficient vertical construction methodologies.
