Requirements:
Minimum 4–7 years experience in fit-out / interior / finishing works
Strong experience in commercial, mall, office, villa, or hotel projects
Knowledge of gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, painting, carpentry, and finishing details
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Capable of site supervision, coordination, and quality control
Experience in material inspection and subcontractor management
Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
Location: Saudi Arabia
