Role Purpose
We are seeking an elite Stainless Steel Welder with a background in high-performance industrial systems. You will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of critical components—ranging from industrial refrigeration units (chillers/evaporators) to high-pressure Oil & Gas piping.
This role is designed for a craftsman who understands that in our industry, a weld isn't just a joint; it’s a critical point of safety and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Precision Fabrication: Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on stainless steel (304, 316L) and specialized alloys, ensuring zero-defect results for pressure vessels and sanitary piping.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex P&IDs, isometric drawings, and blueprints to execute precise fit-ups and layouts.
• Industrial Refrigeration Focus: Build and repair components for large-scale cooling systems, ensuring welds meet the rigorous standards for refrigerant containment and thermal cycling.
• Oil & Gas Compliance: Execute welds in accordance with ASME IX, API 1104, and AWS D1.6 standards for high-pressure environments.
• Quality Control: Conduct self-inspections (Visual Testing) and coordinate with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) teams for radiographic and dye-penetrant checks.
• Safety Leadership: Maintain a "Safety First" mindset, adhering to international HSE protocols and Saudi Aramco/SABIC-equivalent safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in stainless steel welding within the Industrial Refrigeration or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Company Background: Prior experience with (or exposure to) projects involving GEA, Johnson Controls (York), Danfoss, or similar industrial OEMs is highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in welding thin-walled stainless steel tubes and heavy-gauge pressure piping.
• Education: Technical Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent vocational training.
Certifications (Preferred)
• Saudi National/Aramco Certification: Valid welder qualification from a recognized Saudi authority or major operator ( Aramco, SABIC, or Ma’aden).
• International Standards: Current or past certification in ASME Section IX or 6G Position is a significant advantage.
