🌟 The Role: Chef de Partie (Lebanese Cuisine Specialist)
As our Chef de Partie, you will be a vital member of the kitchen team, responsible for overseeing a specific section and ensuring the highest quality and consistency of all Lebanese dishes prepared in your area.
Key Responsibilities:
Section Management: Efficiently manage and oversee all operations within your assigned kitchen section (e.g., Cold Mezza, Hot Mezza, Grill/Mashawi).
Authentic Preparation: Masterfully prepare, cook, and present a wide range of authentic Lebanese dishes, including but not limited to:
Cold Mezza: Hummus, Moutabal, Tabbouleh, Fattoush.
Hot Mezza: Kibbeh, Sambousek, Fatayer, Soujouk.
Grill: Shish Tawook, Kafta, Lahm Meshwi (using proper marinades and techniques).
Quality Control: Ensure all food meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.
Stock & Inventory: Manage stock levels for your section, minimize waste, and assist with ordering.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Teamwork: Train and mentor Commis Chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
✅ What You Bring
Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis I in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen.
Cuisine Specialization: Mandatory: In-depth, hands-on experience and expertise in preparing traditional and modern Lebanese dishes.
Skills: Strong knife skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lebanese ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
