Summary:
Civil Site Engineer with extensive QA/QC experience in supervising, inspecting, and executing civil construction projects. Skilled in site supervision, MIR/WIR settlement, inspections, QA/QC documentation, contractor coordination, and HSE compliance. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, QGIS, and MS Office. Experienced in residential, infrastructure, and transmission line projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met.
Key Skills & Experience:
Settlement of Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)
Quality control and site inspections of excavation, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing, and external works
Preparation and review of ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC reports
Coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for approvals and quality compliance
Implementation of corrective actions to reduce defects and improve project efficiency
Strong knowledge of Saudi standards, project specifications, and HSE regulations
Fluent in English; IELTS certified (B2)
