We are looking for a highly experienced Pastry Chef specializing in Western desserts and artisanal bakery for our branches in the Eastern Province.
Key Requirements:
* Expert in Croissants (Lamination/Folding) and Danish pastries.
* High proficiency in Western classics: San Sebastian Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Eclairs, Mille-feuille, and Tartlets.
* Strong experience in dough fermentation and high-end caf? desserts.
* Must be ready for immediate Iqama transfer.
