Job Responsibilities:
• Perform surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, blasting, and degreasing
• Apply primers, epoxy, polyurethane, and other protective coatings on steel structures
• Operate spray painting equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper coating thickness as per project specifications
• Identify and report surface defects and coating issues
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
• Experience as a Steel / Industrial Painter
• Knowledge of painting systems for structural steel
• Familiar with coating standards and surface preparation methods
• Ability to work independently and meet production schedules
